Job Opportunity: Support Resident Care

We are seeking a skilled support worker to join our care team and provide assistance with daily living activities for residents.

About the Role

  • Provide individualized support to residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist residents with meal preparation and feeding as required
  • Support nursing staff with medical treatments and procedures as directed
  • Monitor resident condition and report any changes or concerns to relevant parties
  • Participate in recreational activities with residents and contribute to their overall wellbeing

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience working in a Residential Aged Care setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer literacy and ability to use electronic systems
  • Valid work rights and current NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Current Covid-19 vaccination status
