Teacher and Leader Position

We are seeking a motivated educator to join our community of teachers. As a teacher and leader, you will play a crucial role in guiding and inspiring both staff and students, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes growth, wellbeing, creativity, and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs that align with our mission and values.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to teachers to improve their practice and student outcomes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum and assessment strategies.
  • Support the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student wellbeing and engagement.
Requirements
  • Four-year trained teaching qualification.
  • Current registration as a teacher.
  • Proven experience in teaching at the secondary level.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Master-level qualification or commitment to further education.
  • Certification to teach in a Catholic school.

Achieve academic excellence and foster a holistic approach to education by leading initiatives that empower young people, champion diversity, and enhance our school culture.

Collaborate with students, teaching and non-teaching staff, and parents/guardians to achieve academic success and provide a supportive and inclusive environment.

Lead the development and implementation of educational programs that promote student wellbeing, creativity, and engagement.

Implement curriculum and assessment strategies that align with our mission and values.
