Senior Facilities Manager

Our hotel's facilities and services require a high level of maintenance to ensure seamless guest experiences. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth functioning of our hotel's infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with senior management to manage contractor relationships and ensure all work meets quality standards.
- Trade qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering is highly desirable.
- A minimum of two years' experience managing maintenance functions in a large complex environment is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, is necessary for maintaining accurate records and reports.
