Key Responsibilities- Provide generalist HR advisory services to employees and management
- Manage a small portfolio of open vacancies across multiple business units
- Partner with employees to provide generalist and recruitment advice
- Lead employee experience and engagement initiatives
- Recruit and onboard new employees
- Manage employee relations and interpretation
- Talent management, coaching, and development
- Performance management
- HR projects, reporting, and analytics
- Values-based and customer-focused HR professional
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust-based relationships across the organisation
- Strong team player with a hands-on, can-do attitude
- Comfortable operating flexibly and autonomously
- Well-organised with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Computer literate with skills in Microsoft Office products and ideally HR systems
