We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Corporate and Institutional Banking team. As a Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects, develop your skills, and build a rewarding career.

About Our Team

Our team is responsible for partnering with corporate, government, and institutional customers to provide world-class global solutions. We bring together teams of specialists to provide a full range of debt structuring, funding solutions, research, trading, and custodial services.

In our team, you will:

  • Assist in the relationship management of our large corporate and institutional customers
  • Analyse and interpret complex financial information to provide appropriate recommendations
  • Assist in structuring and execution of transactions, including preparing credit submissions and employing financial modelling where required
  • Actively participate in deal teams and support the deal process
  • Develop an ongoing awareness and understanding of market risk, industry knowledge, and risk appetite
  • Develop and contribute to programming solutions for problems the business faces, including involvement with trading tools and e-trading processes
  • Provide technical, analytical, administrative, and direct client support
  • Provide innovative funding solutions and access points to global capital markets
  • Provide custody, investment administration, and related services to local and international clients, including superannuation funds, investment managers, and institutional banks
  • Analyse data to derive insights and perform market analysis
  • Engage in industry research, insights presentations, strategic initiatives, transformation programs, and regulatory responses
  • Support banking specialists in delivering transactional support and solutions

Requirements

To be eligible to apply, you must have:

  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship or be an Australian Permanent Resident at the time of applying
  • Completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in the past three years (2024, 2025, or 2026) or be due to complete it by the start of the program
