You will be responsible for assisting senior chefs and kitchen staff with various tasks, including food preparation and plating. You will also ensure that food safety procedures are being followed and maintain the cleanliness and organisation of your workstation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in hospitality, as you will have the chance to work in a fast-paced environment and gain valuable experience.

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) and have a Food Handlers Certificate. You will also need to have experience working in a pub/bistro fast-paced environment and a willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
