**A bit about us**:Recently acquired by The Royal Hotels Group, The Moss Vale hotel is the favourite place in the highlands for families and friends to meet. Set in a beautiful 1850's building the Moss Vale Hotel is the oldest established hotel in the area and one of the favourite watering holes in the area amongst the local's who refer to it as the Pink Pub.You will be joining a loyal team of local and passionate staff who aim to continually deliver the best quality food and service in the area.

Previous experience as a kitchen hand in a similar venue
Strong work ethic and high attention to detail
Great communication skills
Ability to work unsupervised in a high-pressure environment
Maintain safety standards
Able to work Monday - Saturday evenings from 5pm.
