Gatehouse Legal Recruitment is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our client, a successful boutique CBD law firm that specializes in Commercial Law.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist, Legal Administrative Assistant, or Office Manager to step into a 12-month contract role overseeing the general management of the firm, as well as assisting with the accounts function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the firm, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Assist with the accounts function, including financial reporting and budgeting.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues.
- Develop and implement processes to improve the firm's overall efficiency and productivity.
