Senior Treasury Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished financial professional to fill the role of Senior Treasury Analyst. The purpose of this position is to manage our company's liquidity, cash flow forecasting, and financial risk management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate financial forecasts, as well as actionable analysis to senior leaders. They will also identify performance improvement opportunities and risks, and work closely with the business finance teams to understand exposures and cash flows.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Owning the 16-week cash flow forecast and preparing weekly and monthly liquidity reports for senior management
2. Conducting variance and data analysis to improve forecast accuracy
3. Leading forecast review sessions with operating business finance teams to understand cash flow risks and opportunities
4. Managing group liquidity, ensuring efficient short-term cash management
5. Preparing and delivering concise presentations to senior management
6. Executing approved financial markets transactions, including accurate and timely reporting within the treasury management system
7. Acting as the first point of contact for FX counterparty relationships, monitoring currency markets, and providing insight to senior management on FX risks and opportunities
8. Preparing and supporting month-end FX reporting and hedge accounting processes; preparing FX exposure reports and tracking hedge performance
9. Supporting the analysis and development of the Financial Risk Management Strategy and Treasury Policy thresholds

Our ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills, along with a keen eye for detail. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required, along with 3-4 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking, or related roles.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools, along with familiarity with treasury management systems, Bloomberg, and Planning Analytics (TM1)
• Understanding of foreign exchange markets and instruments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders clearly and succinctly
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic work environment
• Proven ability to identify financial issues, propose solutions, and make sound recommendations to senior management
