Hospitality Marketing Specialist

We are searching for a skilled marketing professional to join our team and execute effective marketing strategies across multiple hospitality venues.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in analysing market trends and consumer insights, ensuring the marketing efforts are targeted and impactful. They will work independently, managing retargeting audiences and creating content plans to attack SEO keyword opportunities.

  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends and competitor offerings
  • Liaise with creative teams to develop branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies
  • Develop and execute social media strategies in line with lead generation programs
  • Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms
  • Analyse marketing data to help shape future marketing strategies

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field of study
  • Proven experience as a marketing specialist or similar role focused on handling multiple hospitality venues
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and substituted to weekdays off
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements, including traditional and digital marketing
  • Experience in managing external marketing agencies
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
