The successful candidate will possess relevant qualifications and experience in Nursing and adult education. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality teaching and assessment services to students enrolled in nursing programs;
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with students and other stakeholders;
  • Providing feedback and coaching to students to support their learning and development;
  • Maintaining current knowledge and skills in nursing and adult education through ongoing professional development;
  • Adhering to the institution's policies and procedures, as well as relevant legislation and regulations.

Applicants must meet the following essential requirements:

  • Vocational qualifications in Nursing (Diploma level or above; Bachelor of Nursing desired);
  • Current registration with the relevant authority as a Registered Nurse;
  • Minimum three years post-qualification experience in Acute Care as a Registered Nurse, at least part of which has been gained over the last 18 months;
  • Certificate IV TAE40116 or equivalent and a commitment to maintaining competency.
