Job Description

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the maintenance planning process. This includes developing and implementing strategies to ensure effective management of plant and ancillaries, service contracts, and site major contractors.

The successful candidate will have experience in heavy industrial maintenance and planning, with strong leadership and team building skills. They will also possess advanced knowledge of SAP maintenance systems and processes, as well as budget setting and tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to deliver environmental compliance and safety requirements
  • Ensure maintenance management systems are in place to reflect schedule and resource requirements
  • Identify opportunities for optimizing plant and planning processes
  • Actively support development and delivery of maintenance budgets
  • Monitor and track vendor/contractor performance during planned works
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in heavy industrial maintenance and planning
  • Strong leadership and team building skills
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP maintenance systems and processes
  • Experience in managing functional teams
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
