We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Associate to join our team at Van Cleef & Arpels in Chadstone Boutique. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and engagement to every client, while providing support to your internal colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high levels of customer service and engagement to every client
- Support the boutique sales through the delivery of exceptional service
- Work collaboratively with internal colleagues to achieve sales goals
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Maison's heritage and products
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
As a Sales Associate at Van Cleef & Arpels, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive team environment, where professional development is a top priority. Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Previous experience in luxury retail

- A willingness to learn and develop your skills
- A strong understanding of our Maison's heritage and products
