Job Description:
This dynamic law firm seeks an experienced Competition Lawyer to join their team. Key responsibilities include:
-Advising clients on competition law, including antitrust regulations, merger control, and compliance.
-Representing clients in proceedings before competition authorities and courts.
-Conducting thorough legal research and analysis on complex competition law issues.
-Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, submissions, and contracts.
-Developing effective legal strategies to address client needs.
-Staying up-to-date with developments in competition law and ensuring clients are informed of relevant changes.
-Collaborating with other legal professionals and departments within the firm to provide comprehensive solutions.
Requirements:
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
-At least 3-4 years of PQE/PAE experience in competition or TMT law, although general litigation experience will also be considered.
-The ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday.
-Strong organisational skills to manage multiple files and meet deadlines.
-Good interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients.
-A team player willing to assist others when necessary.
-Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail in your work.
