We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated educators who can create a stimulating environment for children aged 2-6 years.
This role involves working collaboratively with a team to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of young children, enhancing their cognitive, emotional and social growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Observing and documenting children's developmental milestones
- Designing and evaluating educational activities tailored to individual needs
- Engaging with families and providing ongoing support
Required qualifications and skills include:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Knowledge of child development and current practices in Early Childhood Education
- Ability to build strong relationships with parents and families
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- A team player with a passion for inclusive early childhood practices
This is a part-time position during weekdays. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality education and be able to work effectively within a dynamic team environment.
