Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Site Manager

A leading custom home builder is seeking a highly skilled Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, ensuring seamless project delivery and compliance with guidelines. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to manage all aspects of construction projects.

  • Oversee site activities to ensure timely completion of jobs
  • Maintain accurate site records per job
  • Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution
  • Confirm delivery of materials and schedule start times
  • Organize client meetings onsite for Pre Start, Slab, Frame, Lock Up, and Pre Handover Walk Through
  • Utilize company software to track job progress
  • Update construction schedules
  • Enforce and adhere to workplace health and safety policies

Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must possess prior experience as a Site Supervisor in the residential sector, preferably with a trades background in carpentry. A valid White Card is essential, along with strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to think critically and resolve problems efficiently.
