Position Overview

A permanent opportunity is available for a dedicated commercial property and strata operations manager within a reputable real estate firm. This role is ideal for seasoned professionals in commercial property and strata management looking to advance their careers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of commercial properties, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
  • Conduct property evaluations and coordinate necessary repairs.
  • Work closely with leasing agents to attract and retain tenants.
  • Manage strata properties, including organizing meetings, financial oversight, and communication with members.
  • Ensure adherence to strata regulations and resolve conflicts as they arise.
  • Develop and oversee budgets for properties and strata entities.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Act as the primary contact for tenants and strata members, addressing their concerns effectively.
  • Facilitate lease negotiations and renewals.
  • Stay informed about regulations in real estate and strata management.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal standards for properties.

Qualifications Required

  • Availability for occasional evening and weekend work may be necessary.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
