Emergency Medicine Position
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Emergency Physician to join our dynamic team in the Emergency Department. This role offers the opportunity to work with a cohesive group of specialists, enjoying a challenging and innovative environment.
The ideal candidate will be an energetic and innovative practitioner, actively contributing to the ongoing development of the Emergency Department. There will be a focus on staff growth and optimizing ED performance.
Location
Situated in Western Victoria, this city is also the fastest-growing inland city in the state. It earned the title of Australia's most livable city and is renowned for its excellent educational institutions, fine dining experiences, and boutique shopping opportunities. Its unique location provides easy access to Melbourne, Geelong, Bendigo, and the Western district, while also boasting remarkable heritage buildings and natural landscapes.
Hospital Services
The health service comprises several key facilities, including the Base Hospital with acute beds, the Centre offering Sub Acute Care with beds, and Psychiatric Services with beds. The hospital features modern amenities such as a new short-stay unit, state-of-the-art emergency and critical care facilities, ambulatory services, aged care, and rehabilitation facilities. These services are integrated to provide in-patient, ambulatory, community, and home-based care. It is also recognized as a major training site.
