**Laboratory Dayshift Supervisor Role**

Our company is seeking a Laboratory Dayshift Supervisor to lead a team of laboratory technicians in our recently constructed sample preparation facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising teams, maintaining a safe workplace, and ensuring compliance with quality assurance systems.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Supervising and mentoring a team of laboratory staff
  • Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Ensuring team training requirements are met in consultation with laboratory trainers
  • Liaising with site users of laboratory services and maintenance teams
  • Managing the roster for direct reports within the laboratory personnel

The selected candidate will also have opportunities to contribute to the success of their team, demonstrate commitment to quality assurance systems, and develop high-level communication and interpersonal skills.
