About the Role

The Procurement Team plays a crucial role in achieving success in major projects. As a Procurement Sourcing Specialist, you will join the team to enable business process excellence.

This is an operational role that involves working with key procurement stakeholders, ensuring procedures and processes are followed, and providing support to the team. You will be responsible for accurate and timely processing of Purchase Orders, conducting sourcing activities, and assisting the business with procurement advice.

You will work closely with teams across Finance and Procurement Services, Solution Centre, and the Centre of Excellence to contribute to high levels of service to our customers, facilitate process improvement, and be part of a dynamic team.

About You

You will have a solid understanding of Purchasing, Procurement, and P2P Administration, having used well-known ERP systems in your previous roles. You will be comfortable and confident in dealing with stakeholders, have a customer-focused approach, and be motivated to solve problems and resolve issues.

In addition to your P2P focus, you will need to be familiar with RFQ, purchasing, supplier evaluation, and contract agreements.
