Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver end-to-end, customer-focused services across all Procurement Service Lines using a range of computer systems and technologies.
  • Act as the primary contact for Tier 2 transactions, manage escalations of procurement-related inquiries, and take ownership of individual matters to ensure resolution.
  • Process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner, conduct sourcing activities using Beeline, Guided Buy, and ARIBA, and provide procurement advice to stakeholders.
  • Work across different service lines to support the team in meeting customer demands.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and suppliers using a range of methods.
