Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyperson to join our team as a Grounds and Maintenance Attendant. As a key member of our property maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing incidental maintenance repairs, customer service assistance, and maintenance of grounds and gardens.

Key Responsibilities
  • Incidental maintenance repairs in rooms, amenities, and other facilities.
  • Incidental customer service assistance with in-room repairs.
  • Assist with building projects, major repairs, renovations, mechanical repairs, painting, basic plumbing, or replacing hardware.
  • Maintenance of grounds and gardens.
Requirements
  • A reputation for providing excellent customer service and engaging in great conversations with our guests.
  • Good time management and an eye for detail.
  • An ability to follow direction related to daily tasks and expectations.
  • Demonstrable experience in property maintenance.
  • Experience with power tools.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge and understanding of safe working procedures.
  • An ability to work unsupervised with a 'hands-on' work history.
  • Be hardworking, energetic, enthusiastic, and possess a reasonable level of fitness.
