  • Ensure all data modeling/transformation is documented and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Experience working with People/HR data is highly beneficial.
  • Proven experience deploying machine learning solutions in production environments and embedding in business processes.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with machine learning libraries/frameworks.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with generative models and NLP.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
