Position Overview

Bradnam's Windows and Doors is excited to announce an opening for a Service Technician dedicated to the Gympie Region. This role is essential in ensuring the successful installation of our high-quality products while delivering exceptional customer service.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 38 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

As a Service Technician, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Reading and interpreting work plans and documentation to measure and install Bradnam's products at various job sites;
  • Conducting site evaluations and addressing any product-related issues;
  • Engaging with customers to discuss the service and installation of their products;
  • Performing glazing tasks for glass products;
  • Exhibiting strong communication skills and collaborating effectively within a team environment;
  • Committing to safe work practices and adhering to all site-specific requirements regarding mandatory PPE and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

We will equip you with the necessary tools and training to excel in your role and embody the Bradnam's Difference.

  • A valid, unrestricted Driver's Licence for the appropriate vehicle category is required;
  • A Construction White Card is mandatory;
  • Demonstrated experience with hand and power tools is essential;
  • A positive approach to tasks while prioritizing safety is crucial;
  • Trade qualifications are preferred but not mandatory.
