Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Team Member to join our team at a retail store. As a Sales Team Member, you will be responsible for contributing to profitable sales growth by meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional and consistent customer service to all customers.
  • Meet sales targets and deliver quality, profitable sales.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver great customer service and answer any queries.
  • Ensure all visual merchandise is presented to a high standard.
  • Monitor and assist with the web orders that come through to store, including picking stock, wrapping it, and organizing delivery in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate self-awareness and use feedback and reflection to gain insight into personal strengths and weaknesses.
