Job Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a Centre Director to lead a team of dedicated educators at our early childhood service.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage daily operations, support and motivate staff, and engage with families during tours and enrollments.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in early childhood education, and be ready to help grow the centre's occupancy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations and administration of the service
  • Support and motivate educators, including the Assistant Director and Educational Leader
  • Engage with families during tours and enrollments
  • Oversee curriculum based on EYLF and NQF standards
  • Drive quality practices in line with the National Quality Standards
  • Mentor staff and uphold the service philosophy
  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved qualification
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Centre Director
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Current Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management certification
  • Working with Children Check
  • Recent Child Protection/Safeguarding training
  • Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and QIP
