The primary purpose of this role is to perform day-to-day mechanical maintenance of the Frogs Leg Underground Gold Mine's mobile drilling equipment. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the role ensures the reliability and availability of the plant equipment by safely performing work with a high standard of workmanship.
Personnel will be required to work in all sections of the mine, adhering to a 7:7 roster with 12-hour days and nights. A current 'C' Class Western Australian Drivers Licence is also required.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have previous experience and trade qualification as a HD Fitter, with the following attributes:
- Certificate III in HD Fitting or other relevant trade qualifications
- Knowledge of and experience with maintaining underground production drills
- Dedicated to contributing towards quality work outcomes
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Commitment to promoting a safe work environment at all times
- Ability to work a 7:7 roster (12 hour days and nights)
- Current 'C' Class Western Australian Drivers Licence
