Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Compliance Manager to oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of our internal systems, accreditations and standards. This role will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote a proactive government culture through the company's operations in Australia.

This is a newly created role, which will see you collaborating with our team, on a local and more broadly global scale to define the business systems requirements and architecture. You will also be a part of the regional team responsible for developing and implementing these systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide and support project leaders and senior management in understanding and implementing organisational requirements comprehensively.
  • Manage, review and enhance in-house governance policies and procedures required to effectively manage compliance particularly in reference to Health, Safety, Environment and Quality standards.
  • Assist in the implementation and oversight of the Global HSE Management System (GHSEMS) and BlueBook standards.
  • Assist in conducting regular audits for projects and office environments, supporting the business to address findings and manage corrective actions for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure ongoing accreditation to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Serve as an ambassador for the company's values, promoting best practices in corporate governance and compliance.

  • Demonstratable experience in identifying business system needs and architecture.
  • Experience developing and implementing governance systems.
  • Understanding of office HSEQ requirements.
  • Applied knowledge of operational Management Systems and quality tools.
  • A consultative approach and ability to partner with both internal and external stakeholders.
