Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lifestyle Opportunities Coordinator to join our team at Villa Maria Unanderra.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that promote social interaction, independence, and overall well-being among our residents.

You will work closely with colleagues to design, deliver, and monitor group and individual lifestyle services and activities, ensuring they meet the diverse needs and preferences of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lifestyle programs that promote resident engagement, socialization, and independence
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design, deliver, and evaluate group and individual lifestyle services and activities
  • Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities, as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on resident participation, feedback, and outcomes
  • Contribute to a safe and inclusive environment by adhering to policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Certificate III or IV in Leisure and Health or Individual Support
  • Experience working with older adults or individuals with disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and situations
