">Job Description:">

Provide Strategic Financial Leadership:

">
  • ">
  • Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts and long-term financial plans.">
  • Co-ordinate with other service area managers in planning services and activities.">
  • Enhance management reports to the Board and ensure the organisation meets its corporate and financial obligations.">
  • Function as a key advisor to the Executive, providing actionable visions to lead business decisions.">
  • Oversee accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, cash flow and other core finance functions.">
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations and internal financial policies.">
  • Ensure finance systems, processes and internal controls are maintained and continuously improved.">
">Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • ">
  • Formal CPA or CA qualified highly desirable;">
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in a leadership or management role;">
  • Deep understanding of financial management and budgeting;">
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations and service delivery;">
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities with strong attention to detail;">
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines, juggle competing priorities and ensure accuracy in all outputs.">
