About the Role

This Occupational Therapist position is an exciting opportunity to join our team in a remote location, providing high-quality allied health services to clients across the lifespan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in occupational therapy assessments, interventions, and planning for clients with diverse needs, including early childhood, NDIS, aged care, and private funding.
  • Provide culturally sensitive and meaningful services to clients, families, and communities.
  • Maintain a caseload of clients, adhering to Oodles Therapy and funding requirements.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including clients, families, and team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) degree.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational therapy.
  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • A current driver's license.
  • An Ochre Card (NT Working with Children's Check).
  • A Police Check (to be completed by Oodles Therapy).
  • A Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme check (to be completed by Oodles Therapy).
  • A commitment to providing allied health services in remote areas, including willingness to relocate or live in Katherine.
Benefits
  • A competitive salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 per annum, pro rata.
  • Up to $7,000 relocation support.
  • Scholarship and bursary grants available.
  • Accommodation allowance.
  • 6 weeks annual leave with 17.5% leave loading.
