We believe that Early Childhood Educators are crucial professionals in the lives of children and families within our community. Our centre philosophy is founded on the knowledge that successful early childhood development comes from well-rounded engagement in social, emotional, cognitive, physical, and aesthetic experiences. We value the role of play and intentional teaching in the development of children and our significant role as educators in providing learning opportunities.

At Bush Kidz Child Care, we offer unique learning programs to the children within our service including Junior Farmers, Healthy Bodies Healthy Minds, Master Chef, and Multicultural Programs.

Due to our increasing occupancy, we are seeking passionate and hardworking educators to join our team. The positions available at our centre include:

Lead Educators - part-time permanent/casual

Educationals - part-time permanent/casual

The working hours for these positions vary from Monday to Friday, 6am to 6pm, and may include split shifts.

Essential Criteria:

- We are seeking educators who are dedicated and passionate about children and their work

- Are motivated to provide an inclusive and supportive environment for children

- Be an intentional teacher of children by acknowledging the value of learning and holistic development of each child as an individual

- Demonstrate effective time management and initiative in a fast-paced environment

- Educators must have commenced study either towards their Certificate III and or Diploma and be willing to commit to studying requirements

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training or willing to complete

- Valid blue card (Suitability card)

- Current Child Protection Training or willing to complete

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

Salary: $23.55 - $37.87 per hour
