About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating engineering projects from conception to completion. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and project management.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and other support staff.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders, including clients, project sponsors, and team members.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, including technical, commercial, and operational risks.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
- Cost Management: Manage project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Project Closure: Ensure that all project activities are completed, and the project is formally closed.
- Engineering Degree: A degree in engineering, preferably in a relevant field such as mechanical, process, or piping engineering.
- Project Management Experience: Proven experience in project management, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Leadership and Team Management Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, including knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
