We are seeking a Children Services Educator to join our team of passionate leaders who provide before and after school care services dedicated to the safety and development of young children.

The ideal candidate will have experience supervising and interacting with children, ability to follow safeguarding priorities, availability to supervise Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care hours, current First Aid HLTAID012 - Provide an emergency response in an education and care setting and CPR, valid Working with Children Check, Police Check, and available to work a minimum of 3 days per week.

Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to inspire and influence young hearts and minds. As an educator, you will be responsible for creating valuable opportunities outside of the classroom and providing engaging, exciting and interactive activities through our Before School, After School and Vacation Care services.

  • You will provide fun and engaging activities for primary school-age children.
  • You will help design a calendar of inclusive, exciting, and engaging program activities.
  • You will report to the Coordinators of our OSHC centres and be one of over 200 educators who support children across NSW.
  • You will be able to follow our development pathways to learn new skills and build your career.

About You

  • You will have experience supervising and interacting with children.
  • You will be able to follow safeguarding priorities.
  • You will have availability to supervise Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care hours.
  • You will hold current First Aid HLTAID012 - Provide an emergency response in an education and care setting and CPR.
  • You will have a valid Working with Children Check.
  • You will have a Police Check.
  • You will be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week.
