We are seeking a dynamic HR professional to join our organization on a temporary basis. As a key member of the Human Resources team, you will be responsible for the administration and coordination of all HR activities, including recruitment, occupational health and safety, and employee support.
Main Responsibilities- Provide administrative support for HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, training initiatives, payroll, and employee retention.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including phone screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate interviews.
- Offer guidance and advice to employees on HR processes, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and maintain high-level writing skills, including job ads, employment correspondence, policies, guidelines, and reports.
- Maintain working knowledge of labor laws and regulations, including research skills and analytical abilities.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in generalist HR roles, preferably with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor legislation, and employment obligations.
- Proficiency in HR systems and software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- A strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
