Advanced Psychological Assessment Professional

We are seeking a Registered Psychologist to join our team in Canberra, ACT. As a specialist in psychological assessments, you will be responsible for conducting pre-employment evaluations for candidates applying to join the Australian Defence Force (ADF).
About The Role
- Conduct structured assessments in a flexible and supportive environment.
- No therapy or case loads – focus solely on professional assessments.
- Flexible work options available, including full-time, part-time, 4-day weeks, or 9-day fortnights.
- Hybrid working – blend home-based and in-clinic work to suit your lifestyle.
- Strong onboarding & ongoing support provided, including paid virtual training.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Unrestricted AHPRA Registration required.
- Minimum 2 years' clinical experience.
- Confidence in independent psychological assessments (adult clients).
- Australian citizenship essential for ADF contracts.
- Ability to obtain a National Police Check and Working With Children Check (WWCC).
