Clough is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our infrastructure, responding to technical issues, and collaborating with our Enterprise Architect and Security and Infrastructure Manager to identify and implement solutions.

About the Role

  • Support cloud, server, and desktop administration duties, ensuring seamless operation of our IT systems.
  • Work with our Enterprise Architect and Security and Infrastructure Manager to identify gaps in our infrastructure and develop integrated solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and guidelines across the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and maintain a high security posture across our infrastructure.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to our technical services and business users.
  • Investigate, assess, and respond to alerts in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the incident and problem management processes to resolve technical security-related issues.
  • Maintain awareness of trends in infrastructure development and stay up-to-date with system and network infrastructure.
  • Manage automation and monitoring scripts to ensure the security and integrity of our infrastructure.

Requirements for Success

  • 3-5 years of experience in network and system infrastructures, preferably in a large, faceted organization.
  • Good understanding of IP networking and security principles, including common protocols and products.
  • Experience supporting infrastructure solutions, including Azure, MS Server, Linux, MS Windows, and next-generation firewalls.
  • DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory administration experience.
  • Advance system administration skills on supported operating systems and a good understanding of server architecture.
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Servers, Ubuntu Linux, Azure, Trend, Mimecast, and other relevant technologies.
  • Approx. 3-5 years of business experience in technology, infrastructure administration, project management, financial analysis, business improvement, and process redesign.
  • Exposure to EPCM projects, technology, project management, and cyber security and systems administration.
