Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Lismore, New South Wales. As an Occupational Therapist with Interact, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries at work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored rehabilitation plans
  • Collaborate with clients, employers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Provide education and support to clients to empower them to achieve their goals
  • Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal outcomes
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • Current registration or eligibility for registration with AHPRA
  • Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
