Financial Performance Manager

This is an exciting leadership opportunity to drive the financial strategy of key divisions, providing expert management and financial accounting services. The role involves overseeing the finances of key areas, enabling senior management to make informed business decisions and ensuring the financial performance of the business is aligned with best practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective management reporting and analysis systems to monitor organisational financial performance
  • Collaborate with executive and finance teams to deliver high-quality budgeting and management reporting for the organisation and its related agencies
  • Provide expert financial advice and support to senior leaders, management and finance teams
  • Partner with executive and relevant finance teams to identify and provide expert financial guidance on strategic resourcing issues
  • Design and implement systems, policies and processes to ensure accuracy of financial information and highest levels of corporate governance

Requirements:
  • Experienced Finance Manager with a proven track record in a similar complex setting
  • Proactive, strong attention to detail and ability to communicate across a broad range of stakeholders
  • Demonstrable success in influencing strategy through collaboration, consultation and data-driven decision making
  • An inquisitive nature with ability to interrogate data in order to contribute to delivery of actionable insights to a range of stakeholders
