At the heart of our Managed Services team is a highly skilled professional who oversees customer onboarding and works closely with project teams to ensure seamless transitions.

This role requires an individual with exceptional technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor junior colleagues.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert technical support to customers, escalating complex issues to the Service Desk team, and contributing to the development of internal processes and procedures.
  • They will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to lead projects, plan and execute onboarding processes, and drive system automation and process improvement within the Managed Services team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition into our Managed Services
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality results and exceed customer expectations
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and escalate complex issues to the Service Desk team as needed
  • Contribute to the development of internal processes and procedures, focusing on system automation and process improvement

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure VM, storage, and virtual networking
  • Working knowledge of administering and managing server infrastructure, including Hyper-V, VMware, Group Policy, Active Directory, Network Policy Server, Remote Desktop Services
  • Experience with implementing and managing RMM tools – Kaseya RMM experience is highly desirable
  • Prior experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
  • Solid understanding of networking principles and technologies such as DNS, DHCP, NAT, Wi-Fi
  • Experience deploying basic office networks including LAN, WAN, firewalls, switches, and Wi-Fi
  • Fortinet and Cisco Meraki experience is desirable
  • Experienced with AvePoint solutions, including Policies & Insights, Fly, Cloud Backup, and Opus
