The After Hours Nurse Manager plays a vital role in operational management of hospitals. The successful candidate will lead the Nursing Administration team, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources and staff during after-hours shifts.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Nursing Administration team during after-hours shifts
- Manage resources and staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Collaborate with other teams to maintain high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and staff satisfaction
The ideal candidate will have current authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA, relevant tertiary qualification in management, and extensive post-graduate clinical and management experience in acute healthcare settings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Current authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
