We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hospitality Operations Coordinator to join our team at the Mine Site Villages in Mount Isa. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of communal buildings and facilities, as well as working in our Commercial Kitchens and providing housekeeping services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of communal buildings and facilities, including offices, training rooms, crib huts, washrooms, locker rooms, etc.
  • Work in our Commercial Kitchens, preparing and serving meals to clients.
  • Provide housekeeping services across our Mine Site Villages.
  • Drive buses or coaches (minimum MR Licence + Drivers Authority) for transportation purposes.
Requirements:
  • Heavy industrial cleaning experience in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously as required.
  • Conditioned to extreme weather in North QLD.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test.
