Christmas Holiday Sales Associate

This role is an excellent opportunity to work in a festive and family-oriented environment, helping to create memorable shopping experiences for kids and teens.
Main Responsibilities- We are looking for someone with a customer-focused approach, who can demonstrate a seamless experience with every interaction.
- The successful candidate will be able to embody the imaginative and fun nature of the brand, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.
- Maintenance of brand standards is crucial, including presentation consistency, visual merchandising, stock management and cleaning.
- Conversion of customer interactions to sales by demonstrating product knowledge is also essential.
- A similar retail or customer service background is necessary.
- The ideal candidate will have the ability to retain technical product and ingredient knowledge, and demonstrate enthusiasm for our No Gross Stuff approach.
- A larger-than-life personality is required to confidently connect with customer needs.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are also a must.
Please note: full availability to work throughout the holiday season is necessary, including extended trade, weekends and public holidays. You may be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.
