Job Description: We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the maintenance and operation of hoisting plant, equipment, and associated ore infrastructure. The successful candidate will lead their team in executing planned and unplanned maintenance activities within an operational mining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing planned and unplanned maintenance activities
  • Leading a team in the maintenance and operation of hoisting plant, equipment, and associated ore infrastructure
  • Overseeing compliance to the weekly work schedule, work instructions, and defined processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant technical field
  • Leadership or management qualifications advantageous
  • Hoisting maintenance experience within an operational mining environment
  • Certification in Functional Safety Management
