The ForHealth Group (Dayforce) is seeking a skilled Healthcare Leader to join its Bankstown practice. As a Practice Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and operational management to a team of Nurses, ensuring high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership and management experience, as well as strong organisational and time management skills. They will also possess outstanding communication and customer service skills, with a passion for people and a personable approach.

In this role, you will work closely with the Practice Manager to maintain efficiency of the Treatment Room and train and mentor clinical staff. You will also assist the GP with conducting health assessments, GP management plans, and reviews.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and effective management to a team of Nurses
  • Ensure patient care is provided efficiently and effectively by managing varied clinical procedures as necessary
  • Coach, train, and mentor the team, so that they can deliver the best clinical outcomes to all patients
  • Maintain the Treatment Room and ensure it is being run efficiently with appropriate staff numbers, following best practice procedures
  • Assist the GP with conducting health assessments, GP management plans and reviews
