Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse Night Duty

We have a range of full-time, part-time and casual night duty opportunities available for experienced and graduate nurses at our Bankstown Terrace Care Community. This is an excellent chance to join our team and contribute to the well-being of our residents.

**About the Role:**

  • This position is based at our Bankstown Terrace Care Community, where you will be working on all shifts, including nights.
  • You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality care to our residents.
  • As a Registered Nurse Night Duty, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to our residents, as well as contributing to the overall management of the facility.

**Salary and Benefits:**

The base salary for this role is up to $96,000 per annum, depending on experience level. In addition to your salary, you will also receive:

  • Penalties for working night shifts
  • 11.5% superannuation guarantee
  • A comprehensive range of benefits, including flexible work hours, dedicated mentoring and internal/external career development programs, sponsored study and training, leave loading, public holidays, employee referral program, internal and external training programs, national secondment opportunities, and sector leading training systems and innovation.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Experience working in a residential aged care setting, preferably in a leadership or mentorship role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
