Key Responsibilities
  • Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve inventory management goals.
  • Manage the inventory cycle within the store, ensuring accurate forecasting, planning, and prioritization of daily work and resource requirements.
  • Implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and expenses, while maintaining a safe and efficient inventory management process.
  • Enhance the overall customer experience by ensuring a well-organized and easily accessible store environment.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a big box or high-volume retail environment, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to safety.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships with team members, peers, customers, and business stakeholders.
  • Retail administration experience, including rostering, stock management, and strategic planning.
