This apprenticeship will provide hands-on experience in parts interpretation, customer service, and administrative tasks. You'll work closely with our workshop team to ensure accurate parts ordering and general warehousing duties are completed efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Locate and identify correct parts using catalogues and computer databases
  • Manage customer inquiries by responding promptly to counter, phone, and internet requests
  • Prepare quotes and purchase orders for trade, retail, and internal customers
  • Work collaboratively with the workshop team to guarantee accurate part deliveries
  • Perform general warehouse duties such as picking, packing, stocking shelves, receiving deliveries, and maintaining a well-organized warehouse space
