Help Desk Specialist

We are seeking proactive and technically savvy level 1 support agents to join our team. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will provide fast, efficient, and friendly customer service in response to software, hardware, and network operations difficulties.
- You will be responsible for accurately documenting calls and incidents, managing time and workload to meet predetermined service levels, and maintaining data accuracy in our contact management system.
- Your tasks will include assigning incidents and requests to the correct support group, acting as a single point of contact on logged incidents and problems, and providing clients with a reference number for their incident/request.
- You will also perform diagnostics to initiate the problem management workflow and understand various media sources that interface with the Service Desk.
- Baseline Security Clearance is required.
- Must be an Australian Citizen.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Relevant education, training, or experience in Information Technology is desirable.
