Student Experience Leader

We are seeking a strategic and inspirational leader to drive the development of our student services, enhancing the overall experience for our diverse student body.

  • Lead a comprehensive portfolio supporting students across their journey from enrolment to graduation and beyond.
  • Oversee student administration, support, wellbeing, engagement and systems, fostering a culture of inclusivity and equity.
  • Collaborate closely with faculties, senior leaders and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and institutional reputation.
  • Drive innovation in service delivery, upholding governance, compliance and operational excellence while advancing student success.
About This Opportunity

This is a leadership position that offers the chance to shape the strategic direction of our student services, contributing to our mission of delivering an outstanding and inclusive student experience.

The successful candidate will possess significant senior leadership experience in higher education or a comparable environment, bringing a proven ability to deliver service transformation at scale in complex multi-stakeholder environments.
